Quotation FAQ
What information do you need for an accurate quotation?
The product and grade, quantity and unit, preferred packaging, destination country and port, required delivery date and the documents you need. Commercial preferences such as Incoterms can be added under additional requirements.
Can I request a product that isn't listed in the catalog?
Yes. Enter the chemical name, formula or CAS number in the product field and describe your requirement. Our team will let you know whether we can source it.
Can I request documents before ordering?
Yes. You can mention required documents in your quotation request, or send a separate documentation request for TDS, SDS or COA.
