MgSO4
Source of soluble magnesium and sulfur for fertilizers, with uses in pharmaceuticals and textiles.
Magnesium sulfate is a soluble salt that supplies both magnesium and sulfur. The heptahydrate form is widely known as Epsom salt.
In agriculture it is used to correct magnesium and sulfur deficiencies, either directly or in fertilizer blends and foliar feeds. It is also used in pharmaceutical preparations, textile dyeing and finishing, and general chemical processing.
